I used to know the name of this random person but not anymore. Haha anyway she's this Bollywood actress, named Aishwarya Rai. (Thanks to ~Hybrid-Ninja for helping identify her. 
)
Anyway up there is a pretty lame walk-through guide of what I did that I wrote when I was high or something. The hardest part was definitely Version 2.5 I didn't do the whole thing since I guess I was lazy and only wanted to do 1/2 the work
and changing the smile to a frown.

UPDATED: Alrighty after much work and digging up old .psd file that was merged in an inconvenient way, I was able to cover up the butterfly and her face is plain and as smooth-skinned as a baby's bottom.
